Toynbee Island Homes is investing £33 million into the Barkentine, Samdua, Kingsbridge and St. John's Estates thorugh the Housing Choiuce Process.
The new Registered Social Landlord is resident led with residents sitting as the majority on the Board of Management and Local Estate Agreements ensuring local accountability.
All homes will be brought up to the Government’s Decent Homes Standard. All four estates are managed from local offices.
