The £15m project represents a massive investment by Tower Hamlets Council, Greenwich Leisure Limited (GLL) and partners: Sport England, the Millennium Commission, the Football Foundation.
The facility includes fitness studios, a four court sports hall, health spa, a 25 metre competition pool and a 17 metre pool with adjustable floor to enable better access for people with disabilities and younger swimmers as well as extensive athletics and football facilities.
