Whitechapel Idea Store Most Popular Library in London
Libraries in Tower Hamlets are on the up with visitor numbers nearly doubling since 2003 to a whopping two million a year.
An independent survey has revealed that the most popular library in Inner London is the Idea Store Whitechapel, which welcomes more than 12,500 people through its doors each week and Tower Hamlets has moved up the London library rankings by 22 positions since 2003 to occupy a fantastic fourth place.
