 | Improvements to Bethnal Green Tube Station |

| The improvements to the station will focus on passenger security. These enhancements will help to make the station lighter, brighter and more pleasant for passengers. A new digital CCTV system providing near-blanket coverage of public areas will be installed as well as new customer help points. The station ticket hall, entrances, staircases and passageways will all be refurbished and this will include improvements to the lighting. Platform surfaces will also be repaired by Metronet's project team and tactile paving to assist the visually impaired will be installed. |
