Poplar HARCA will spend at least £28 million to improve residents’ homes and regenerate the Lansbury South area. This money is only available to the borough if homes transfer to registered social landlords.
The money will be invested to: • build every tenant a new kitchen and bathroom • regenerate the structure of all communal buildings, making them stronger and safer • develop the Chrisp Street Shopping area • make Lansbury South safer and cleaner • create and develop green spaces
