93% of tenants of the Dinmont estate have voted to transfer to Spitalfields housing association
Spitalfields housing association will spend £2.6 million on the Dinmont estate and improvements will include:
· a new kitchen and bathroom for homes that need them· new door entry and other security systems· improved insulation and heating· essential repairs to the blocks· creating an attractive environment by improving the appearance of the blocks and landscaping communal areas.
